* Exchange utility (fees/tiers/platform programs if implemented)
* Staking participation (share credits)
* Ecosystem participation where compliant

#### Explicit boundaries

WLDX is not:

* Equity
* Guaranteed yield
* Claim on customer assets
* Promise of profit
