Milestone: MVP Ready

Done when:

• Wallet operations are stable and reconciled

• Spot trading is stable with fee transparency

• Account security baseline is enforced

• Monitoring and incident response posture exists

Milestone: Trust Hub v1 Live

Done when:

• PoR page published (scope/method/cadence/limitations)

• PoL page published (scope + user verification method template)

• Custody and execution proof pages live

• Listing standards and incident logs live

• Changelog discipline is live

Milestone: Public Spot Launch

Done when:

• The fee schedule is stable and published

• Users can export full trade history reliably

• Withdrawal controls are enforced

• Market integrity monitoring is operating

• Incident response communications are tested

Milestone: Assurance Initiation

Done when:

• The assurance plan is published with scope/timeline

• First third-party milestone is delivered or scheduled transparently
