# Liquidity Strategy

Liquidity is a means to execution quality, not a marketing metric.

#### Purpose

WorldX’s liquidity strategy must:

* Support reliable execution in core markets
* Avoid integrity degradation through incentive abuse
* Scale with monitoring and enforcement capacity

#### Phased Approach

**Phase 1:** Core Markets Only

* Launch with a limited set of high-demand markets
* Focus on depth and spread quality
* Publish “market readiness” criteria internally

**Phase 2:** Expand Only After Integrity Stability

* Add markets only after monitoring and enforcement are effective
* Tie expansion to Trust Hub maturity and operational readiness

#### Integrity Constraints

WorldX avoids incentives that create fake volume.

Liquidity programs must not:

* Encourage wash trading
* Obscure real execution quality
* Create hidden advantages for privileged parties without disclosure

WorldX’s goal is credible markets, not inflated numbers.
