# Executive Summary

WorldX is a crypto exchange built around a single goal: make trust measurable.

Most exchanges ask users to trust them. But users cannot easily verify the fundamentals that matter during volatility:

* Are customer assets actually backed?
* Can liabilities be verified without revealing private balances?
* How is custody controlled, and what happens in emergencies?
* Is execution fair and fees transparent?
* Are listings governed by standards?
* When incidents happen, is there an accountable record?

WorldX addresses this by combining two layers:

   * Proof of Liabilities (PoL)
   * Proof of Custody
   * Proof of Execution
   * Proof of Listing Standards
   * Incident History and Response Records
   * Cadence & Changelog Discipline
