Operating Principles
Last updated
WorldX is governed by principles that create predictable behavior.
If WorldX claims something publicly, it must be supported by:
A definition
A method
A declared scope
A cadence
And a changelog
If a tradeoff exists between speed and safety, WorldX chooses safety.
Volume is not a KPI if it is not clean.
Listings are not a KPI if standards are compromised.
WorldX publishes control guarantees and verifiable outputs, without exposing exploit-sensitive thresholds.
Material changes have effective dates and changelog entries.
Silent changes destroy trust faster than any outage.
