# What WorldX Is Building

WorldX is building a crypto exchange where verification is a product, not a crisis response.

#### Layer 1: Exchange Core

WorldX starts with the minimum foundation required to become credible:

* Account system with security controls
* Wallet system with explicit balance states and reconciliation discipline
* Spot trading with transparent fees and trade history
* Pro access patterns and API principles for serious users

#### Layer 2: Trust Hub

Trust Hub makes the exchange legible and accountable:

* Solvency clarity (reserves + liabilities)
* Custody standards and controls
* Execution transparency and metrics
* Listing governance and policy discipline
* Incident record and response behavior
* Versioned changelog so improvements are visible over time
